Daimler, the choice of Royalty and the Aristocracy since the first royal motor journey in June 1898 when HRH the Prince of Wales, accompanied by the Duke of Marlborough, Lady Randolph Churchill and the Countess of Warwick journeyed in a two cylinder Daimler. Our Daimler is exactly one hundred years younger and was the choice of both HRH Queen Elizabeth and HRH the Queen Mother. Our beautiful seven seat limousine known as 'Harriet' can accommodate a dress of regal proportions with room to spare. And, if you decide to have two wedding cars, she can provide space for five bridesmaids, the bride's mother and from the church, the bride's father as well - seven passengers in all.

Renting a classic or antique car
How to find a classic car for wedding transportation Classic cars are available through wedding transportation companies virtually everywhere. However, most companies will only have one or two classic cars available to rent, as they are expensive to purchase and maintain. Accordingly, if you're set on a classic car, you're going to have to do some research in your area, and book in advance. Sports cars as wedding transportation One of the biggest trends in wedding transportation nowadays is to get hot, late-model sports cars instead of a stale old limo. BMWs, Jags, Porsches and Bentleys all make a splash, and you can even throw in a driver for the true VIP experience. Be prepared to work for the privilege, however. Getting a car and driver for wedding day will be challenge. The best way to get your hands on a Beemer, Benz, Jag or Porsche is to contact the auto clubs in your area and see who rents luxury wheels. A growing number of wedding specialty auto sites stock such vehicles, and therefore you may be able to find a great deal with minimal legwork. Unfortunately, most insurance policies forbid owners of these beauts from using the car for commercial purposes, including renting them out for wedding day.
the stretch hummer wedding If you've always dreamed of burning a ton of gas and having passersby (including your wedding guests) laugh at you, then by all means, roll to your wedding in a stretch Hummer or other stretch SUV.Almost any car has been made into a stretched vehicle these days. Some popular options are stretched SUVs, Hummers (as if a Hummer itself wasn't enough!) and Cadillac Escalades. Even Mini-Coopers have been stretched out.
The guys at Simplyvipweddings.com understand the appeal. Stretch vehicles are pretty cool on the outside and inside, and make for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They're usually brand new, with plush leather interiors. One marvels at how they were engineered so as not to break right down the middle after a few potholes.

She is fully convertible making the Bride look absolutely stunning on a beautiful warm summer's day. She of course has full weather equipment should the day not be as good as expected. Olivia started life in Oshawa Canada as a box of parts and shipped to Sydney in Australia. There she was assembled as a right hand drive car despite being of American/Canadian origin with the body made by Holden. She lived in Australia until 2005 when she was shipped to Munich in Germany, coming to the UK in 2006. Vintage wedding cars like Olivia, being so large, convertible and cream in colour are immensely popular, so early reservation is essential.
Classic cars for weddings are easily the classiest form of wedding transportation available. Think antique cars, Mustangs, Bentleys and Rolls-Royces Silver Clouds. Unfortunately, while you've seen them in photos, they can be difficult to secure for wedding day.
