BMWs, Jags, Porsches and Bentleys all make a splash, and you can even throw in a driver for the true VIP experience. Be prepared to work for the privilege, however. Getting a car and driver for wedding day will be challenge.

The best way to get your hands on a Beemer, Benz, Jag or Porsche is to contact the auto clubs in your area and see who rents luxury wheels. A growing number of wedding specialty auto sites stock such vehicles, and therefore you may be able to find a great deal with minimal legwork. Unfortunately, most insurance policies forbid owners of these beauts from using the car for commercial purposes, including renting them out for wedding day.

A second option is to call your local dealer. He may be willing to let you "test drive" for a few hours on wedding day. Getting a fleet of exotic cars from your local car dealership can be a very difficult, but not insurmountable task, particularly if your local car dealer believes you'll be a paying customer some day (or if you already are). Obviously, it helps to have a connection with the local dealer. "Because I had purchased a Jaguar from my local dealer and had it serviced with him," says recent groom, Tom Sheridan, "I was able to get 3 more Jags for wedding day, one for both the best man and groomsmen." How likely is it for a regular groom to score like this? Give it go. The payoff will be pretty sweet.
